What will people learn?

This NVQ builds upon the skills developed through candidates job and builds on skills already existing. The award covers work load management and controlling manufacturing operations as well as optional units including quality control or producing finished products.

What will people achieve?

You will achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations certificate on completion of the required units.

To achieve this qualification candidates do not have to leave their workplace and there are no set deadlines for completion. Candidates will be asked to perform tasks that are part of their usual working day, as well as ones that aren’t, that way you will feel confident on all areas of your job.

Candidates that complete this NVQ can elect to continue on to a Modern Apprenticeship or sector based specialist qualifications.
